HISTORY,

Kurt was born in Lima Ohio, and lived there for six years with his mother and father. But his picture perfect family life couldn't last forever, at age six, his mother died, and he had to be raised by his single father. His father, Burt Hummel, was a former High school and collage football player, and owns a garage, which his their main source of income.
He was always treated badly by fellow classmates, because of his flamboyant attitude, and his emotional turmoil, until he joined Glee, and made friends. He slowly climbed the social status, and left his dumpster days far behind him.
He's known who he was since he was five, and his father had known Kurt was gay since he was three. They have tough times, and always end up pulling though, but scars are left no matter what the outcome is.

As you have reserved Kurt, you should fill out the form as him, and you'll get him.
Under the personality, you can either write a paragraph describing their personality or put at least ten bullet points (e.g. -Passionate, -Confident etc).
It is easiest to write paragraphs about their history, which is their past basically.

As for the bits you've missed out:
- Name: You can make up a middle name for him!
- Birthday: Your choice, whenever you want!
- Grade: Yep, Junior
- Residence: This is so I can make the sub board for his house. It could be called Kurt's House or Hummel Residence. The description is of the house so for example 'It has three bedrooms and is located in the suburbs. Kurt loves decorating and he is always changing the interior of his room so that it is fashionable and modern!'.
- Clubs: He's in the Cheerios too, and I'm pretty sure he quit football, but that's your call
- Play by: This is the celebrity who plays him, in this case it would be Chris Colfer

Once you make those changes, you're accepted! Also, can you pop a picture of him in the top above his name. As long as it isn't so wide it stretches the board.
