- loves glee club
- somewhat passive aggressive
- caring, nostalgic, generous, a little oblivious and naive
- loves to sing and put his heart into things
- his wife sort of controls him
- he's afraid of girl crushes
- without knowing it, he's a heartbreaker
- he tries to be as faithful to glee and his wife as much as possible
- he's not good at standing up to Terri
- will's a little all over the place
my past
- was in the Glee Club in McKinley when he went to school there
- married his high school sweetheart
- wanted to return Glee to it's former glory when Sandy Ryerson was fired
- Terri doesn't support Will in his struggle with Glee, and pressures him to quit being a teacher and become an accountant when she becomes "pregnant"
- Will begins to work after hours as a janitor for the extra money
- he started Acafellas when the Glee club questioned his choreographic skills were questioned
- he recommitted to the Glee Club when Dakota was fired, and when Acafellas took a downturn
- Will discovered Terri's pregnancy pad in one of the drawers, and angrily walked out on her
- Will and Emma kissed after Ken broke up with Emma, and Will broke up with Terri! AWW
- he was pushing Emma too hard, and then found out she is a virgin, he calmed down

- Emma tells Will they need to take a break from their relationship
- they get back together (sort of)
- Sue Sylvester tells Emma about April Rhodes/Shelby Cocoran's relationship to Will, and Emma is unhappy
- Emma starts to date her dentist (John Stamos will be playing him in Season 2), and Will kisses her, saying "Dentist or no, this thing between us isn't over."
- Glee sings "To Sir With Love" for him after losing Regionals and realizing that Glee is over
- Sue tells Will that she convinced Figgins to give Glee another year
- Will sings "Over the Rainbow" to the Glee Club (end of season)
