PERSONALITY,
Cold shoulders, harsh glares, and an attitude. That's basically what gets this fierce Latina girl through the day. She tends to treat everyone with disrespect, even some of the teachers -besides Coach Sylvester, of course. She doesn't often take no for an answer, and does like to go her own way and make her own decisions. When it comes to school, she's entirely in her zone; sneering at people who aren't popular, giving dirty glances at students who dare get in her way, shooting down anyones opinions if she doesn't agree. To her, high school, and life basically, is just a stepping stool for her. She doesn't admit it, but she finds home to be very dull, considering her parents are often gone -either too busy at work or off on a 'bonding' vacation together. Inside, she's just like any other girl in high school; scared, lonely, and secretly insecure.
HISTORY,
Santana was raised in a wealthy family, therefore she grew up in a well organized neighborhood with her best friends; Quinn Fabray and Brittany Morris. She first met Brittany as her next door neighbor that her parents introduced her to. At first she thought that the blonde was rather dense about the world. Heck, even Santana knew where babies came from, and she was only ten years old at the time. But when she came to know the girl by play dates and sleepovers, she grew to love her, in more ways than one.
When high school rolled around, her, Brittany, and Quinn were like the fierce threesome. Everyone knew them, whether they were nerds, choir kids, or teachers. Everyday people would say their name or stare at them from their locker. In Freshman year, the three got into cheerleading, and soon became Cheerio's under Coach Sylvester's rule. Santana didn't mind the struggle and the pain, she actually thought it was worth her time, surprisingly. Her grades and social life was great by the time her Freshman year was over, and her social life escalated during the summer. They were at a party, being invited by a couple of jocks that sent them suggestive looks. Santana had a little too much to drink, but she knew what she was doing when she took off her clothes to some guy she thought was hot. And since then, she realized that high school guys were easy.
In Sophomore year, the threesome joined Glee club, probably the stupidest thing Santana had ever done in her teenage years. She only went there to spy on the club, oh and maybe to help Quinn with her boyfriend who seems to have googly eyes for some loser. At first she despised it and often went home to whine to her mother about how lame the kids were and how Ms. Sylvester was going to ruin the Cheerios. She would later call Brittany and tell her her agitation's of the day, though she just got back from spending all day with the blonde.
Even though she joined only to ruin the Glee club, Santana grew to not mind it. She found out that she even enjoyed it most days. Of course she didn't admit it to anyone -she even kept that dirty little secret from Brittany, who she usually told everything to.
