To be quite honest, I was only in this store to find a new set of sheets to match the way that I was about to decorate my room. And to tell you the truth, I wasn't sure if this mini Bed Bath and Beyond store could contain the product I was looking for, but It was hard to find sheets over the internet, so I decided to at least give this store another try.
I came here last year, looking for a new comforter, and I found not a single thing that wasn't a cheap knock-off, or made of horrid, abrasive fabric.
I pick up a strange looking, slightly metallic set of sheets, they were silvery and striped, my left eyebrow shot up. I looked at the back. Bamboo. Perfect.
I held up my palate of colors, and held it next to my floor lamp. Perfect match, a small smirk spreads one my face. My heart sped, this excited me.
I decided to look around, see if I could find anything else....reasonable here. I stared at the selection of couch pillows, wondering if the light in the store could be any more unwelcoming.

Jayden walked into the store, pulling her hair into a bun as she walked. She looked around the store and frowned. "Well, I'm not sure I will find anything here. But, it's worth a try." She walked over by the striped sheets. There stood a young man. About 15 or 16? "There isn't much here, is there?" The young man was about 5'8" and he had brown hair and eyes.
Jayden was ready for her chance to become a doctor in this town, but first, she had to buy sheets from this.... facility? She wasn't sure what to call this place. It had nothing. Then her iPhone started ringing. "Hello? Yea. I know that i have to be there by 3. It's only 1:15. Ok. Bye." Jayden began looking around the store again, and was about to leave when she saw some blue satin sheets that would go perfect with the blue theme she would have in her house. She picked up the sheets and walked back over to the young man. What do you think, sir?

A young girl, about two years older, stepped into the store, and walked to the sheets section, she looked at him, and smiled, Kurt smiled back. He raised his eyebrows as she whipped out a phone and said a few sharp words into it.
He smiled as she picked up a set of blue sheets that he was previously looking at, they were pretty, stylish, this girl knew her stuff.
She turned to him, and voiced a question, "What do you think, sir?"
Kurt raised an eyebrow, and placed a hand underneath his elbow, he took a chance, and took a few strides over to her,
"Well, its a fashionable set, I love the color, and the shade makes your eyes pop...but it depends, what are you using it for...?
[/b] He said, looking up at her, and smoothing out his grey knitted sweater, and slipping his finger along the inside of his bangs. He took in the girl, she was pretty, blond hair, brown eyes, a little taller then him, had to be at least eighteen. She wore stylish clothing, nothing too flashy, but nothing horrendous and "garage" like. He shuddered as he thought of Rachel Berry, thank God this specimen didn't dress like her, she manages to dress like a grandmother and a toddler at the same time! [/center] Words; 216; w/o coding

Jayden looked at the young man again and replied, Well, actually, in my new house, in Akron, I have this blue thing going on. I have everything I need except for sheets for my bed. Jayden was a HUGE fan of blue. She looked over At the young man again. I'm Jayden Monroe. But you can call me Jade or Jay. And you are? She said, flashing a smile. This guy was too young for her, yes. But that didn't mean they couldn't be friends, did it?
At That moment, her phone began ringing, again. Hello? Oh, hey mom. No, I haven't started moving in yet. No. I have an interview at 3. Yeah. Ok. Love you too. Bye. She looked back over at the man. Sorry about that. You know how mothers are. She chuckled and looked for anything else that coul be used for her house.

Kurt watched as the girl smiled at him, and said
Well, actually, in my new house, in Akron, I have this blue thing going on. I have everything I need except for sheets for my bed. Jayden was a HUGE fan of blue. I'm Jayden Monroe. But you can call me Jade or Jay. And you are?
Kurt grinned, and held out his hand,
"Kurt, Kurt Hummel. and blue is a fantastic color. I decorated my room that earlier this year. I'm a bit of a fashion buff...""
He said, grinning, his voice light. He pointed to another nice set of sheets,
"These are also very nice...but it all depends on the shades of everything else, I like those, and you're the one who's seen the rest of the room, so I would assume you've probably got it better..."
He trailed off and let out a laugh.
Her phone rang again.
Hello? Oh, hey mom. No, I haven't started moving in yet. No. I have an interview at 3. Yeah. Ok. Love you too. Bye. Sorry about that. You know how mothers are.
Jaydan said. Kurt inhaled and nearly choked on his gum. He held out his hand as he couldn't breath. The air was cut off to his lungs. He shook his head, and let out a huge cough, that launched his gum onto the floor fifteen feet away.
He wiped the tears away from his eyes and stood taller...
"Actually. I really don't. My mother died when I was six..."
Kurt said, looking at the set of sheets in his hands, and sighing.

Jay looked at Kurt, as he choked and then stood up. Tears filled her eyes and she started to cry a little bit. I'm sorry. I didn't know. I really didn't. She wiped teh tears form her eyes, noticing her make-up was running. Oh, I must look silly. Let me fix this,. She thought. She held out the sheets to Kurt. Can you hold these? I will be right back.
She then dashed off towards the bathroom, which was nasty. But, she needed to fix her make-up. She took out her eyeliner, mascara, and a paper towel, form her purse. She wiped ehr eyes with the towel, and reapplied both make-ups. She then returned to Kurt, who was still in the same spot. Sorry that took so long. She said, smiling. She turned away for about 2 seconds to fix her earrings. They had halfway fallen out. She chuckled to herself and thought I am so crazy

I stood there. not able to get over the shock of the emotional impact this had on Jaydan. She didn't know him, except for about two minutes. I sighed, and looked at my hands. Its not like she could have known. I mean, why did she feel so bad?
I flipped the sheets around in my hands, and waited for her to come back, they were a pretty shade of blue, and had little specks of a darker blue in it. They would be great for any color blue. I look up, she had better taste in fashion then I would have thought from her appearance. Not in a mean way or anything, but her shoes were kind of out. But still, she seems really nice.
She came back out, fixing her earrings, looking prettier then she did when I first saw her, she was wearing less make up, it suited her.
"Don't worry a bit. You couldn't have known. Trust me, I'm used to it. Come on, you say you've got a job interview in two hours? You want to hit the Mall, to pick out a new wardrobe and I can give you a bit of a makeover...? I don't mean that in a mean way at all. But a new look always helps with a new career...?""
I said, grabbing her hand, and pulling her, carefully, to the cash register.

Jay chuckled. Sure. Let me just pay for these. And we can go in my car. Jay had a Blue Convertible Mitsubishi Spyder that her mom had gotten her for her 16th birthday. She and kurt walked up to the counter and she said, So, kurt, do you like cappucino? Or any kind of coffee? She looked at kurt and could tell, that in a way, he was mysterious.

[/b]" I replied, referring to my huge black Lincoln that my dad got for my sweet 16, after I promised my dad that I'd stop wearing form fitting sweaters that go to the knee. Even If I was wearing one now, what my dad doesn't know, won't hurt him. I hooked her arm, and adjusted my hat, and we walked out of the store, having, of course, payed for our sheets.
