residence; as previously seen in some scenes in the show, Kurt's home is not exactly... homey. He lives in a house on the south side of Lima, and he shares his house currently with Finn and Mrs. Hudson, and of course, his dad, Burt Hummel. His father owns his own car repair shop, which is sort of part of their home. Their garage is big enough to bring in cars needed to fix, and their actual shop garage is big enough to store the ones on the wait list. Kurt's room went from a bland grey and white colour scheme, to a regal and elegant appearance, right back to the white and greyness. He's pleased to have received back all the money from Ikea, and plans to make his and Finn's room much more appropriate. For the both of them this time.

PERSONALITY,
Kurt is a witty fellow who's a little bit selfish and egotistical. He has a flare for fashion, and plans to open his own fashion line in the future, along with his own fragrance to be named Hummel. He's gay! Yes, it's true. The adorable Kurt Hummel is a homosexual, bent on the destruction of all girls in his path. He has an air of superiority to the rest of the world, despite the fact that he's constantly ridiculed, bullied, and thrown in dumpsters by the jocks. Inside, he's like every other teenage kid: insecure, and looking for love.
KURTHUMMELandRACHELBERRY
As a guy who sees himself as one of the ladies, Rachel is his arch rival in Glee Club, and in his love life. Kurt is a fantastic soprano singer, and he knows it, and has no fear in showing it. He sings like a girl, yes, but his girly voice is what has brought him so far. He loves to sing, and he believes that Rachel Berry is the only one standing in his way (though he later reluctantly admits that without Rachel, the Glee Club would be nothing). Rachel is also out to get Kurt for giving her a bad makeover to embarrass her in front of Finn, making sure that Finn would come crawling back to Kurt. In a way, while they're constantly biting at each others necks, they've become awkward friends.

Though rivals in the Cheerios, and fighting for Finn, Quinn and Kurt have become friends, along with the fact that Mercedes and Quinn are living together and friends. They teamed up together to give Rachel a makeover (though Kurt put his own little devious twist into the mix), and now, seeing as Glee Club is all Quinn was left with, they became friends.

Naturally, as the captain of the football team, Finn is one of the most popular guys in school. And one of the cutest. Kurt, being the person he is, also sees that. Kurt sees Finn as a jock who inside is a little different from the rest of them. He ridiculed Puck for shoving Kurt into a wall of lockers, and though it was a very small act of kindness, he took Kurt's designer coat to hold onto while his buddies threw the rest of him in a dumpster. When Finn and his mother ended up moving in with the Hummels, Kurt was obviously more than pleased, but also a little anxious. He was nervous about his father growing to close to Finn, when he and Burt had shared a special bond like no other. All this angst was soon dissolved when Burt protected Kurt against Finn's outrage at his redecoration of their soon-to-be-shared room. Finn and Kurt eventually made up, Finn convincing him that "he was different" when he stood up to his football comrades for him wearing a makeshift Lady Gaga dress made out of a shower curtain.

The Glee Club power couple without being a couple. Mercedes had once fallen for Kurt, and while beforehand they had conflicting fashion ideas, the two bonded over the fact that both of them are single. Mercedes was the first one to hear from Kurt himself that he is gay, and he admitted that he's never told anyone else before. "I guess I'm just not that confident," he told her with an adorable smirk. The two are seen together constantly, and have become the best of friends over time.

While he hates to admit it, the only reason he continues to fight and bicker with Puck (and while getting thrown into the dumpster by him) is because he thinks he's cute. What? Girls think multiple guys are cute at one time, so why can't Kurt? ;D

• "how do you answer when you pick up the phone?" "no, she's dead, this is her son"
• when will suggests that the boys preform madonna songs for the girls, kurt is overjoyed
• during theatricality, kurt rearranges his and finn's room (in which they are sharing); when finn gets angry, he's thrown out of the hummel house by burt; later, kurt forgives him when he apologizes (and saves his face from football players), and finn is accepted back into the hummel family
• like everyone and anyone in glee club, kurt was thrilled to find out that glee has another year. over the summer, he made plans for solos, and a new floor plan for his and finn's room.
