HISTORY,
emily was born into the happy family of natasha jordan and carl jordan. they already had a son when she was born who they named thomas lewis jordan. when emily's mother was pregnant with her, the doctors told her that if she kept the baby, there was a good chance she wouldn't live afterwards. but natasha didn't want to get rid of emily because she loved her already and said that she'd rather die than kill a child that had a chance at life. emily was born early in the morning at around three am. her mother lost a lot of blood and died a few hours after giving birth to emily. she hadn't thought of a name for her daughter because she didn't know what sex the child was. carl named her emily after natasha. (her name was natasha emily jordan). emily seemed to know that something was wrong. her brother grew attached to her as soon as she was born. he said she looked like their mother and that he was sure that emily was just his mother in a new body. they were already a strong family in the first few months of emily's life.
emily was in quite a wealthy family. she grew up getting new clothes and toys. she started talking when she was just about two years old and by the time she was three, emily was already singing. she got her talent from her mother, who had sung for a living. she didn't earn as much money as carl, but she was glad she did her part in money. emily's older brother could sing as well. their father used to record them and make cds of them singing. he would then play the cds on his way to work in his car. he would make sure that both thomas and emily were in good health.
unfortunately, things didn't stay good for long. on emily's fourteenth birthday, she had a party. her brother was going to be late to it because of work. emily couldn't wait to see him as he'd been away and she'd missed him. he'd been on a business trip for three months. she sat by the door for at least six hours. he was four hours late. when there finally was a knock at the door, emily had run to answer it happily. sadly, it wasn't her brother but the police. they had come to give the bad news that thomas had died in a car accident. emily didn't talk for at least a year after she found out. she just sang. she made songs about her brother and did her father a cd. she wouldn't actually talk to him so this was the only way he knew how she was feeling. he was so upset that she felt this way. emily then turned sixteen and started to talk again. she joined her school's glee club and her friends realised she was getting back to normal. she'd glad now that she can express herself with song. glee club is her new family.
